System One is seeking an IT Asset Management (Hardware) Analyst in Golden, Colorado. Join this great team and bring your expertise to the table.
Hardware Asset Management
- Conduct physical stockroom inventories
- Investigate and reconcile inventory shortages and discrepancies
- Move inventory between stockrooms and locations
- Assist in the inventory and management of the IT vending machine
- Manage hardware and consumable assets in ServiceNow stockrooms
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work with the IT Service Desk and Desktop Support teams to ensure their stockrooms have adequate inventory
- Collaborate with the Property Management team to locate tagged equipment, update inventory records and reconcile discrepancies between asset management systems
- Queue Management
- Monitor IT Asset Management queue and provide updates to requesters, as appropriate
- Identify and fulfill “Tier 1” requests/tasks
- Other project tasks and duties as assigned
- Required Knowledge/Skills/Attributes:
- 1 year Hardware Asset and Inventory Management experience
- Knowledge of and familiarity with major hardware OEMs, vendors and models
- Ability to effectively work in a hybrid collaborative team environment
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Customer service experience and commitment to customer service and support
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Initiative to anticipate issues and provide insight into solutions
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage projects in parallel with daily tasks
- Ability to work independently and with a sense of urgency and accuracy, in a fast-paced team environment
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office suite of applications
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM and HAM/ITAM functionality
