RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in need of a VOIP & Telephony Engineer in Spartanburg, SC.
Responsibilities:
* Support onsite telephony assessments, site surveys, and current-state documentation
* Lead and assist with migration activities from legacy telephony platforms to Microsoft Teams Enterprise Voice
* Perform hands-on configuration, troubleshooting, and support of ShoreTel PBX systems
* Deploy and support AudioCodes ATA gateways, paging systems, and analog/telephony endpoints
* Gather business and technical requirements from stakeholders, production managers, and IT teams
* Define telephony hardware needs and support site-specific deployment planning
* Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to execute telephony transformation initiatives
REQUIREMENTS:
* Proven hands-on experience with VOIP and enterprise telephony systems
* Strong working knowledge of ShoreTel PBX environments
* Experience with AudioCodes ATA gateways and analog device integration
* Familiarity with paging systems and a variety of telephony endpoints
* Experience supporting or migrating to Microsoft Teams Enterprise Voice
* Ability to conduct onsite telephony assessments and site surveys
* Strong documentation and technical writing skills
* Experience working directly with business stakeholders and production environments
* Ability to define hardware requirements and support deployment planning
* Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
