Experience Desired: Experience in Information Technology or Cyber Security (3+ yrs); Direct experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) onboarding and entitlement management (3+ yrs); Previously used ServiceNow for change requests or incident troubleshooting (3+ yrs); Excel (specifically VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables) for analyzing large security datasets (3+ yrs)

Qualifications:
• Education: College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience in Information Technology or Cyber Security.
• Core Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a proven track record of writing detailed business requirements.
• Technical Familiarity: Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Access) and experience with ServiceNow.
• Soft Skills: Highly motivated, self-directed, and adaptable to change; must possess excellent oral and written communication skills to interact with all organizational levels.
• Domain Expertise: An in-depth understanding of Information Security principles and Identity and Access Management (IAM) frameworks is highly beneficial.

Job Duties:
• IAM Onboarding: Lead the integration and onboarding of new applications into the Identity and Access Management system.
• Requirements Gathering: Facilitate sessions with clients to analyze change requests, probe for actionable information, and document technical requirements.
• Access Certification: Set up and manage entitlement data to ensure accurate and timely Access Certification cycles.
• Troubleshooting: Interact directly with internal clients to diagnose application access issues and drive them to resolution.
• Data Management: Prepare and maintain test data for IAM projects and perform complex data analysis using Excel to ensure data integrity.
• Compliance: Ensure all application setups and user access configurations comply with established Information Security principles and corporate objectives.
