Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled, self-driven Senior DevOps Engineer with 7+ years of relevant experience to join our infrastructure team. In this role, you will take ownership of implementing scalable cloud infrastructure, engineering robust enterprise CI/CD platforms, and driving Infrastructure as Code (IaC) standards. As a senior individual contributor, you will work closely with architects and cross-functional engineering teams to deliver secure, automated, and resilient cloud-native solutions. The ideal candidate brings extensive technical expertise, a strong automation mindset, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cloud & Infrastructure Delivery: Build, optimize, and maintain highly available and fault-tolerant cloud environments across multi-cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform).

  • Enterprise CI/CD Pipelines: Design, optimize, and manage scalable automation workflows and pipelines with integrated automated testing, linting, and vulnerability scanning.

  • Advanced Infrastructure as Code: Establish and enforce IaC best practices across teams using Terraform, OpenTofu, or Pulumi for declarative cloud provisioning.

  • Kubernetes Orchestration: Deploy, scale, and manage production Kubernetes clusters (Amazon EKS, Azure AKS), including configuring service meshes, ingress controllers, and strict networking policies.

  • DevSecOps Implementation: Drive the adoption of Shift-Left security practices, integrating SAST/DAST utilities, secrets management platforms, and container image hardening into the core delivery loop.

  • Observability Engineering: Build and maintain comprehensive observability solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or logging/tracing frameworks to ensure proactive alerting and rapid incident resolution.

  • Technical Ownership & Documentation: Lead the optimization of infrastructure reliability, troubleshoot complex production issues, and maintain comprehensive deployment standards and technical guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 7+ years of dedicated experience in a DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, or Site Reliability Engineering role.

  • Cloud Infrastructure: Deep production-level expertise in at least two major cloud providers (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).

  • Infrastructure as Code: Advanced proficiency with declarative tools, specifically Terraform, OpenTofu, or Pulumi.

  • Containerization: Strong track record of managing production-grade Kubernetes workloads, container networking, and security policies.

  • Automation Engineering: Hands-on experience architecting CI/CD workflows utilizing platforms like GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.

  • Security & Observability: Strong familiarity with DevSecOps tools (secrets management, scanning) and observability suites (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog).

  • Scripting: Core fluency in scripting languages like Python, Bash, or Go for custom automation.
