Product Manager/Product Owner

Role: Product Owner with Supply Chain Management
Location: Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Owner with 10 15 years of professional experience, including deep exposure to supply chain domains and digital product ownership. This role is responsible for defining and executing product strategy for end-to-end supply chain platforms, driving transformation initiatives, and delivering measurable business outcomes across planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the long-term product vision and roadmap for supply chain systems
• Lead large-scale digital transformation initiatives across supply chain functions
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders (Operations, Procurement, Finance, IT) to identify and prioritize business needs
• Translate complex operational challenges into product features, user stories, and scalable solutions
• Drive backlog prioritization using data, business value, and strategic alignment
• Lead Agile product teams and mentor Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Scrum teams
• Deliver capabilities such as demand forecasting, supply planning, inventory optimization, order management, and logistics visibility
• Ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems (ERP, WMS, TMS, APS)
• Champion data-driven decision-making using analytics, dashboards, and KPIs
• Drive adoption of emerging technologies including AI/ML, automation, and IoT in supply chain
• Manage risks, dependencies, and cross-functional alignment across multiple teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 10 15 years of total experience, with at least 5+ years in Product Owner/Product Management roles
• Strong domain expertise across end-to-end supply chain processes
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale supply chain or digital transformation programs
• Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle management
• Experience working with cross-functional and globally distributed teams
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, Oracle SCM, or similar ERP systems
• Exposure to advanced planning tools, supply chain control towers, or digital twins
• Certifications such as CSPO, PSPO, SAFe PO/PM, PMP, or APICS (CSCP/CPIM)
• Experience with data platforms and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
• Knowledge of AI/ML use cases in supply chain (forecasting, route optimization, predictive maintenance)
