Join our team as a Digital Technical Analyst, where you’ll support the delivery of digital platform enhancements by working closely with product, business, and engineering teams. This role focuses on gathering requirements, documenting user stories, and helping drive technical solutions that improve user-facing digital experiences.
Responsibilities
- Partner with product and business stakeholders to gather and document technical requirements
- Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications
- Work closely with developers to refine requirements and support feature delivery
- Identify opportunities to improve platform performance, scalability, and functionality
- Support platform updates, enhancements, and migration efforts
- Assist with testing, validation, and troubleshooting of new features
- Maintain clear documentation for workflows, requirements, and technical solutions
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of experience as a Technical Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role
- Experience writing user stories and gathering requirements
- Understanding of APIs and how front-end and back-end systems interact
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including product and engineering
- Familiarity with Agile development environments
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to UI/UX concepts or content management systems
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
