ValarCorp is looking for a high-performing BDM (Hunter Role) with strong experience in US IT Staffing & Client Acquisition. If you have a proven track record of closing deals and building new client relationships, we want to connect with you!

💡 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Drive new business development in the US IT Staffing market
✔ Build relationships with direct clients, MSPs, and VMS accounts
✔ Manage the complete sales lifecycle (prospecting → closure)
✔ Achieve a minimum of 3+ deal closures per month
✔ Handle client onboarding, POCs, and contract negotiations
✔ Collaborate with recruitment teams for successful delivery
✔ Maintain pipeline, forecasting, and CRM updates

🎯 Required Skills & Experience:
✔ 8+ years in US IT Staffing Business Development
✔ Strong experience in client acquisition & revenue generation
✔ Established network with direct clients/MSPs/VMS
✔ Knowledge of W2, C2C, 1099, and compliance
✔ Excellent communication & negotiation skills
✔ Flexible to work in US time zones
