Summary

Role : HRIS Business Analyst (Workday HCM) Hybrid

Location : Atlanta GA, Local candidates only - Hybrid

Duration : 12+ Months

Key Responsibilities

Review and resolve data conversion issues from legacy systems to Workday
Perform data validation and ensure conversion accuracy
Develop test plans, scripts, and execute testing
Provide system maintenance and enhancement support
Create user guides and documentation
Deliver user support and training
Act as liaison between business units and technical teams

Required Qualifications

4+ years HRIS implementation and/or administration experience
Strong data analysis skills
Advanced MS Excel and/or SQL skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Experience with large-scale data conversion projects

Preferred

Workday HCM implementation/support experience
PeopleSoft HCM experience
Public sector technology experience
