Job Description- AI Agent Orchestration Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking an AI Agent Orchestration Engineer to design, manage, and optimize multi-agent AI systems and workflows. The role focuses on coordinating AI agents, integrating tools and APIs, and building scalable orchestration layers for autonomous and semi-autonomous AI applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop AI agent orchestration frameworks and workflows.
Manage communication and coordination between multiple AI agents.
Integrate LLMs, APIs, databases, and external tools into agent ecosystems.
Build task routing, memory handling, and workflow automation systems.
Monitor, debug, and optimize agent performance and reliability.
Implement guardrails, observability, and failover mechanisms for AI systems.
Collaborate with AI engineers, backend developers, and product teams.
Improve scalability, latency, and execution efficiency of AI pipelines.

Required Skills

Strong programming skills in Python.
Experience with AI agent frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, LangGraph, or similar.
Understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG architectures.
Experience with workflow orchestration and distributed systems.
Knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
Familiarity with databases, vector stores, and caching systems.
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS/Google Cloud Platform/Azure).
Knowledge of observability and monitoring tools for AI systems.
Experience with async processing, queues, and task schedulers.
Understanding of AI safety, governance, and evaluation methods.
Exposure to MLOps or LLMOps practices.

Nice to Have

Experience building production-grade multi-agent systems.
Familiarity with MCP servers, tool calling, and autonomous workflows.
Knowledge of graph-based orchestration systems.
Experience with real-time AI systems and streaming architectures.
