A bit about us:

Founded more than three decades ago and based in Lenoir City for this opportunity, with manufacturing operations across the U.S. and globally, we are a food and beverage ingredients organization investing in an expanding coffee manufacturing facility. Our non-union, 115,000-square-foot plant has approximately 20 employees and seven production lines supporting packaging, roasting, and grinding. With a new highly automated single-serve coffee line being installed, we offer the opportunity to build maintenance systems, strengthen safety practices, and improve reliability within a family-first culture.

Why join us?
  • Low-Cost Benefits: Access to affordable employee benefits.
  • Ownership and Visibility: Help shape the maintenance function at a growing facility.
  • New Automation: Support installation and reliability of a highly automated single-serve coffee line.
  • Build the Systems: Develop PM schedules, spare parts processes, maintenance tracking, and future CMMS capabilities.
  • Family-First Culture: Work within a small plant team backed by a global organization.
  • Current Schedule: Single-shift operation working Monday-Thursday, 10.5-hour days. The facility plans to expand to 24/7 operations; the future supervisory schedule needs confirmation.
