Summary

Job Title: TrakSYS MES Developer

Location: Remote

Client :- Infosys

We are seeking a highly experienced TrakSYS MES Developer with 8+ years of hands-on expertise in designing, developing, implementing, and supporting Manufacturing Execution Systems using Parsec s TrakSYS platform. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical proficiency in MES solution architecture, system integration, automation interfaces, and manufacturing process optimization. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver highly available, scalable, and compliant MES solutions.

Key Responsibilities

MES Development & Configuration

Design, configure, and customize TrakSYS MES modules including Production, Quality, Performance, Batch, and Inventory.
Develop user interfaces, dashboards, reports, KPIs, and workflows within TrakSYS.
Create and maintain data models, tags, parameters, and logic within the MES platform.

System Integration

Integrate TrakSYS with ERP (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics), SCADA, PLCs, historians (OSI PI, Ignition), and other enterprise systems.
Implement OPC UA/DA, web services, REST APIs, SQL integrations, and automation interfaces.

Technical Implementation

Lead end-to-end MES project lifecycle requirements, design, development, testing, validation, deployment, and hypercare.
Develop custom scripts using C#, .NET, JavaScript, SQL, VBScript, or other supported technologies.
Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability.

Technical Skills

8+ years of hands-on experience in TrakSYS MES development (mandatory).
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (Batch, Discrete, Continuous).
Proficiency in:

SQL Server, stored procedures, triggers, views
C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS
OPC communication protocols
API and web service integrations

Experience with industrial automation:

PLCs (Siemens, Rockwell, Schneider)
SCADA systems
