Job Description

Role Summary

We are seeking a Google Gemini Enterprise Security Expert to design, implement, and secure enterprise-grade deployments of Google Gemini across Google Workspace and Google Cloud environments. The ideal candidate will ensure secure AI adoption aligned with enterprise security, compliance, and governance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead secure implementation of Gemini Enterprise (Google Workspace) and/or Gemini in Google Cloud (Vertex AI)
Define AI security architecture, governance, and compliance frameworks
Configure and manage IAM roles, data access controls, and permission boundaries
Implement data loss prevention (DLP), encryption, and monitoring controls
Assess risks related to prompt injection, data leakage, model misuse, and AI abuse
Establish AI usage policies and enterprise guardrails
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, SOC 2, ISO 27001, or other regulatory frameworks
Conduct security reviews and threat modeling for AI workloads
Collaborate with cloud, security, and compliance teams

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years in Cloud Security / Enterprise Security Architecture
Hands-on experience with:

Google Workspace Enterprise security controls
Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) security architecture
IAM, DLP, encryption, logging & monitoring

Experience securing AI/ML platforms (Gemini, Vertex AI, OpenAI, etc.)
Strong understanding of:

AI governance frameworks
Responsible AI practices
Data privacy regulations

Experience with CASB, SIEM, or cloud security posture management tools

Preferred Qualifications

Google Cloud Platform Professional Cloud Security Engineer certification
Experience implementing secure GenAI solutions at enterprise scale
Background in risk assessments or compliance audits
Knowledge of AI model lifecycle governance
