Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Deerfield Beach, FL (Onsite)

• “This is a high-touch BA role supporting client. You’ll do BA work, but also facilitate scrum, support UAT, and partner with user services on tickets. It’s white-glove support, so service mindset and flexibility matter just as much as technical skills. They use Azure DevOps, but similar tools translate.”

• (This is NOT a typical BA)  This is a high-touch, white-glove Support Business Analyst role supporting the business. The team is demanding and service-oriented. The right candidate is flexible, polished, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities (Many Hats Role)

The candidate will function as:

1) Business Analyst

Gather requirements

Write BRDs

Partner closely with business users

2) Scrum Master

Facilitate Agile ceremonies

Help manage backlog and delivery

Remove blockers

3) Testing / UAT Support

Coordinate and support UAT

Validate requirements

4) Support / Help Desk (White-Glove)

Work alongside User Services

Manage incident tickets & service requests

Provide high-touch, concierge-style support to JM Lexus users

Important: This is a “no task is beneath me” role. Fit and service mindset are critical.

Tools / Process

Azure DevOps (ADO) experience preferred, not required

Candidates with Jira, ServiceNow, Rally, etc. are acceptable if adaptable

Comfort working in ticketing / backlog environments is key

Must have:

BA experience in operational or support-heavy environments

Strong communication & client-facing skills

Comfortable with:

Requirements & BRDs

Agile ceremonies

UAT / testing

Incident / request workflows

Soft skills (non-negotiable):

White-glove service mentality

Flexible, adaptable, low-ego

Calm under pressure

Willing to wear mutiple hats
