Recruiter - Pace Drivers

Pace Drivers is growing and looking for a high-energy Recruiter to help source, screen, and place CDL drivers nationwide using AI-powered tools like Bullhorn and Tenstreet.

This is a fast-paced, metrics-driven role ideal for someone who enjoys recruiting, embraces technology, and thrives in a team environment.
Schedule

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Remote options available for people not in NE Ohio
Key Responsibilities

Recruit CDL drivers
Communicate with candidates via phone, text, and email
Track activity and pipeline in CRM
Collaborate with team to meet hiring goals

Qualifications

Previous Recruiting Required (transportation experience a plus)
Familiar with tools like Bullhorn, Indeed, or Tenstreet
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Tech-savvy, adaptable, and team-oriented
