We are seeking an Associate Analyst IT Support to provide training to users and trouble shoot technical problems with hardware and software.

What you'll do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for end-user technical support, addressing day-to-day business needs promptly and professionally
  • Troubleshoot and resolve daily hardware, software, and network connectivity issues for employees.
  • Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot physical hardware, including laptops, desktops, monitors, phones, and peripheral equipment.
  • Perform routine system updates, patches, and security configurations to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Manage the hardware procurement process, including sourcing, obtaining quotes, and purchasing necessary IT equipment.
  • Maintain vendor relationships and coordinate with suppliers for hardware repairs, returns, and warranties.
  • Track and manage IT inventory, ensuring accurate records of all company-owned assets and software licenses.
  • Travel to field offices as needed

What you'll need

  • Minimum of 2 years of previous IT support experience
  • Technical aptitude with strong PC literacy skills
  • Ability to learn and apply technical information in a fast paced environment
  • Working knowledge of relevant software, hardware and other equipment
  • Ability to use remote sessions to assist users
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
