Role Summary:
The Senior Business Systems Analyst is required to possess advanced expertise in system and any 1 platforms such as Procurement (P2P) / ServiceNow / PeopleSoft. They will spearhead the structuring of processes, driving efficiency and supporting complex technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize business processes and data frameworks by conducting thorough research and leveraging existing system capabilities.
- Strategize and oversee the flow of information to enhance system productivity across various departments.
- Independently manage simultaneous projects, ensuring deadlines are met with minimal supervision.
- Utilize expert problem-solving skills to assess, address, and escalate technical issues, calling on additional technical support when necessary.
- Utilize advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools for the development of system prototypes and scenario analysis.
- Remain current on and quickly adapt to new technologies for reporting, such as Tableau and other BI tools.
- Demonstrate a solid comprehension of data warehousing principles to assure effective data management.
- Conceptualize and diagram complex business processes and system architectures to support new initiatives and data integration.
- Formulate comprehensive business cases to devise cost-effective technology solutions.
- Proactively initiate system upgrades drawing from in-depth data flow analysis and its implications on business operations.
- Act as the primary functional contact during the technical deployment of accepted solutions.
- Make significant decisions based on intricate analyses of business systems, influencing process or data flow enhancements potentially affecting multiple areas across the organization.
- Lead cross-functional teams in realizing project goals, often assuming responsibility for outcomes with considerable influence on overall firm performance.
- Foster collaboration with divisional stakeholders when redesigning business processes, understanding the substantial impact on firm operations.
- While not directly supervising personnel, the role will require guidance of peers towards the successful completion of objectives.
