- Mastery of Microsoft Office suite for the delivery of operational prototypes and scenario simulations.
- Quick learner with proficiency in up-and-coming company reporting and analytics platforms such as Tableau and Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
- Adequate knowledge of data warehousing principles.
- Ability to map out and comprehend highly intricate business processes, data movements, and system designs.
- Formulate detailed business cases aimed at delivering cost-efficient solutions.
- Trace complex data paths to determine origins in support of new systems and data.
- Initiate systemic changes by conducting business system impact assessments.
- Act as the primary organizational counterpart in the execution phase of approved solutions.
- Make critical decisions influenced by detailed analyses of business systems, potentially recommending process or data flow alterations that could have wider systemic implications.
- Engage in cooperative decision-making regarding business process reengineering with divisional partners that may carry significant risks related to organizational performance.
- No direct personnel management responsibilities, but leadership and coordination across the company to complete tasks and meet timelines is imperative.
