Role OverviewThe Partner Marketing Manager, helps plan, coordinate, and execute marketing initiatives that support direct-to-consumer acquisition and engagement. Working closely with account leads and cross-functional teams, this role manages campaign workflows, creative processes, timelines, documentation, and partner communications across multiple distribution channels.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport execution of DTC-focused partner marketing campaigns across digital, connected TV, mobile, and marketplace ecosystems.
- Manage daily communications and operational workflows with external partners to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.
- Coordinate intake of partner requests, creative briefs, internal approvals, and asset delivery schedules.
- Build and maintain trackers, promotional calendars, impression logs, and campaign documentation.
- Own workflow and ticket management end-to-end using tools like Slack, Jira, Airtable, Google Sheets, or equivalent systems.
- Drive clarity during partner calls by identifying next steps, required owners, timelines, and dependencies.
- Collaborate with design, product, brand, analytics, and marketing teams to manage asset creation, approvals, and launch readiness.
- Prepare clear status updates, execution summaries, and presentation materials for internal stakeholders and partners.
- Stay informed on platform requirements, style guidelines, and emerging industry trends, including major tentpole events.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve operational efficiency, and introduce automation or AI-driven solutions.
Required Skills & Experience- 3-5 years of experience in partner marketing, growth marketing, campaign execution, project management, or digital operations.
- Strong organizational and operational skills, with the ability to bring structure to fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
- Experience managing creative briefs, timelines, asset delivery, and cross-functional approvals.
- Comfortable supporting performance-oriented marketing efforts and light reporting/tracking.
- Familiarity with digital platforms such as mobile, web, CTV, or app marketplaces.
- Proficiency with Excel/Sheets and project management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to synthesize information quickly and translate it into clear action plans.
- Experience presenting updates and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders.
Nice to Have- Experience with DTC subscription products or streaming services.
- Knowledge of campaign tracking systems, asset management workflows, or operational tooling.
- Interest in leveraging AI tools (e.g., AI design software, generative AI, automation tools) to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Comfort working in environments where priorities shift rapidly.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr.
