Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with a strong Telecom industry background (preferably AT&T) and expertise in AI-driven product initiatives.

This role is focused strictly on Product Management responsibilities — no Scrum Master or development duties. The ideal candidate will own product vision, roadmap, and delivery alignment, particularly for AI-enabled telecom solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap

• Translate business requirements into detailed product requirements and user stories

• Lead AI-driven product initiatives within telecom environments

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data teams, and engineering teams

• Prioritize backlog aligned with business value and strategic goals

• Define success metrics, KPIs, and product performance indicators

• Drive go-to-market alignment and stakeholder communication

• Ensure alignment between AI capabilities and telecom business use cases

• Participate in stakeholder reviews, demos, and roadmap planning sessions

Required Qualifications

• Strong Product Owner / Product Management experience

• Telecom industry experience (AT&T experience highly preferred)

• Experience working on AI-enabled products or AI transformation initiatives

• Strong understanding of:

  • Telecom operations

  • Customer lifecycle management

  • Network / service platforms (preferred)

• Proven ability to define product roadmaps and prioritize business value

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with large enterprise telecom clients

• Exposure to data analytics and AI/ML solution frameworks

• Experience working in hybrid Agile environments

• Background in digital transformation programs
