Summary:
Responsible for setting up complex pay rules and auditing work hours to ensure accuracy and compliance with labor laws and union contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and test pay policies such as holiday premiums, meal break penalties, and union step increases.
Run regular audits to ensure hours worked follow labor laws and union contract rules.
Identify issues and help prevent payroll errors and grievances.
