Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS SCM Technical-Functional Expert with strong hands-on expertise in Manufacturing modules. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in both functional configuration and technical development, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
 
Core Responsibilities
1. Manufacturing Domain Expertise
 
Configure, implement, and support Oracle EBS SCM modules.
 
Must have deep, hands-on experience in Manufacturing modules, including:
 
Bill of Materials (BOM)
 
Work in Process (WIP)
 
Oracle Costing
 
Inventory Management
 
Master Scheduling / Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
 
2. Technical & Functional Delivery
 
Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
 
Perform functional configurations and technical customizations.
 
Work on PL/SQL, APIs, custom interfaces, and reports.
 
Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing production support.
 
3. Collaboration & Delivery
 
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and developers.
 
Communicate effectively and provide regular project updates.
 
Take ownership of assigned tasks and drive deliverables independently.
 
Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving.
 
Key Requirements
Minimum 10+ years of experience in Oracle EBS SCM.
 
Exclusive, hands-on experience in Oracle EBS Manufacturing modules.
 
Strong technical and functional expertise.
 
Excellent knowledge of BOM, WIP, Costing, Inventory, and MRP.
 
Strong PL/SQL, APIs, interfaces, and reports experience.
 
Must be willing to work in a hybrid model in Houston, TX.
 
Must possess valid work authorization with at least 1 year of validity.
 
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
