Lead GenAI Engineer

We are seeking a Lead GenAI Engineer with strong hands on expertise in building GenAI applications and integrating enterprise LLM services. This role focuses on developing a scalable AI Gateway using C and Python, connecting internal applications with platforms like Azure OpenAI and AWS Bedrock.

• Build and enhance AI Gateway components using C and Python.
• Develop scalable APIs, microservices, and GenAI pipelines.
• Integrate LLM services (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock) using modern SDKs and frameworks.
• Drive end to end engineering delivery from development to production deployment.
• Collaborate with architects, DevOps, and product teams to deliver platform features.
• Mentor junior engineers and maintain engineering best practices.
• Ensure system reliability through monitoring, debugging, and performance optimization.

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with strong hands on coding skills.
• Proficiency in C and working knowledge of Python.
• Experience with GenAI/LLM application development, API-based systems, and microservices.
• Working experience with Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or OpenAI SDKs.
• Strong cloud & DevOps skills: Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift.
• Knowledge of Azure (AI Search, Document Intelligence) and AWS (EKS, SageMaker).
• Understanding of authentication and identity systems (e.g., Okta).
• Experience with distributed system monitoring, tracing, and debugging.
