Now Hiring: CX Automation & Journey Engineer
We re looking for a talented CX Automation & Journey Engineer to join our growing team. If you re energized by solving complex challenges, collaborating with smart and supportive teammates, and making a real impact, you ll fit right in.
What You ll Do:
- Design, build, and optimize end-to-end automated customer journeys across digital channels (in-app, email, chat, and web)
- Develop and implement workflow automations using journey orchestration and marketing automation platforms
- Integrate CX systems and tools using APIs, webhooks, and low-code/no-code solutions
- Incorporate AI-driven capabilities (e.g., personalization, agent assist, predictive recommendations) into customer workflows
- Own automation strategy and execution across the customer lifecycle (onboarding, engagement, support, retention)
- Define and track key performance metrics (e.g., activation, adoption, engagement, conversion) and continuously optimize journeys
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, CX, and Marketing teams to align automation with business goals
- Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to enhance CX automation capabilities
- Build dashboards and reporting to provide visibility into journey performance and business impact
What You Bring:
- 5 8+ years of experience in CX automation, marketing automation, product operations, or digital experience roles
- Hands-on experience building and deploying automated workflows and customer journeys
- Experience with platforms such as HubSpot, Braze, Marketo, Customer.io, Pendo, or similar
- Strong understanding of system integrations, data flows, APIs, and automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Workato)
- Experience incorporating AI or advanced automation capabilities into customer workflows preferred
- Proficiency with basic scripting or coding (e.g., JavaScript, Python) is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with experience measuring and optimizing customer journey performance
- Ability to operate as a hands-on individual contributor while influencing cross-functional stakeholders
- Consistent, reliable availability and professional accountability
