Job Title: Java Developer with Agentic AI Experience

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Java Developer with hands-on experience in Agentic AI and AI Agent development to design, develop, and implement scalable enterprise applications integrated with AI-powered agents and intelligent automation workflows.

The ideal candidate should have strong Java development skills, experience building AI agents, and knowledge of integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
• Build and implement Agentic AI solutions, including autonomous AI agents and multi-agent workflows.
• Integrate LLMs such as OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, or Google Gemini into enterprise applications.
• Develop AI agents capable of tool calling, reasoning, task execution, and workflow automation.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, and vector database integrations.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and AI-powered services.
• Work with frameworks and tools such as LangChain4j, Spring AI, LangChain, or LangGraph.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven business solutions.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture.
• Hands-on experience developing and deploying AI Agents and Agentic AI applications.
• Experience integrating LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or Google Gemini.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, tool calling, and autonomous agent workflows.
• Experience with RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Strong experience with REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and enterprise application development.
• Familiarity with Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Spring AI, LangChain4j, LangGraph, or similar AI agent frameworks.
• Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol) and multi-agent architectures.
• Experience deploying AI applications on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Previous experience building production-ready Generative AI solutions.
• Local candidates in Georgia (GA) are highly preferred.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong Java development background with practical Agentic AI implementation experience.
• Ability to build AI agents that interact with APIs, tools, databases, and enterprise systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
