Job DetailsWhat You'll Do
- Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot network switching environments
- Support and manage firewalls (VPNs, policies, security rules)
- Maintain and optimize wireless infrastructure (APs, controllers, Wi-Fi performance)
- Support LAN/WAN environments across multiple client sites
- Assist with virtualization environments (Nutanix preferred, VMware acceptable)
- Participate in data center and infrastructure modernization projects
- Serve as a client-facing technical resource (onsite + remote support)
- Document configurations and support continuous process improvements
What We're Looking For
- Experience in an MSP or fast-paced IT services environment
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Network switching
- Firewalls
- Wireless infrastructure
- Ability to thrive in unstructured, fast-moving environments
- Comfortable with client interaction + travel
Nice to Have
- Cisco experience (highly preferred)
- Nutanix or other hypervisor platforms
- Experience supporting multi-site environments (K-12, government, etc.)
- Certifications (CCNA, CCNP, etc.)
