About the Role
We're seeking a Privileged Access Management (PAM) Analyst to support the day-to-day operation of our enterprise PAM program. In this role, you'll help protect our most sensitive systems by ensuring privileged access is provisioned, monitored, reviewed, and revoked in alignment with security policy and regulatory requirements.
What You'll Do
Execute daily PAM operational activities including onboarding, provisioning, and deprovisioning.
Support privileged access requests ensuring least privilege and time-bound access.
Administer password vaulting, credential rotation, and access expiration.
Monitor PAM alerts and resolve access issues.
Support privileged access reviews, audits, and evidence collection.
Partner with infrastructure and application teams to onboard systems.
Maintain documentation and procedures.
What You'll Do
Engineer and support enterprise PAM capabilities leveraging a suite of Privileged Access Management solutions.
Own engineering and troubleshooting for complex integration and automation challenges.
Build, configure, and enhance our Privileged Access Management (PAM) ecosystem - beyond account provisioning.
Partner with application and infrastructure teams to design secure solutions that reduce operational friction.
Implement scalable, standards based IAM solutions aligned with corporate security policies and architecture patterns.
Automate processes using scripting (PowerShell strongly preferred).
Support delivery and governance of Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC) for applications and business groups.
Mentor junior IAM engineers and contribute to IAM capability roadmaps.
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to communicate program metrics and technical impacts to executive stakeholders.
Proven ability to lead complex IAM initiatives and influence technical direction.
Strong collaboration skills working with business teams, engineers, and external partners.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Columbus, OH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00/hr.
