Job Title: eDiscovery Case Coordinator
Location: Houston (Onsite Downtown)
Duration: 90-day contract (extensions likely)

Overview
We are seeking an eDiscovery Case Coordinator to support multiple active legal matters in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for an early-career eDiscovery professional looking to grow into an eDiscovery Project Manager (eDPM). You will work closely with experienced team members, gaining hands-on exposure to the full eDiscovery lifecycle while supporting day-to-day case coordination activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end eDiscovery processes (collection, processing, review, production)
- Coordinate with attorneys, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Track deadlines, deliverables, and matter status using spreadsheets and trackers
- Maintain matter documentation (logs, chain of custody, production records)
- Monitor review progress, processing workflows, and production schedules
- Perform basic QC checks on data and deliverables
- Assist with reporting, timelines, and task tracking
- Identify risks/issues and escalate appropriately
- Ensure workflows are consistent, defensible, and compliant
Required Qualifications
- ~3+ years of experience in eDiscovery, litigation support, or legal technology
- Working knowledge of the eDiscovery lifecycle
- Experience with review platforms (Relativity, RelativityOne, or similar)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with Excel (trackers, logs, reporting)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work onsite in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with RelativityOne or Nuix Discover
- Exposure to ESI protocols, production specifications, and data workflows
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Copilot, prompt writing, automation)
- Experience supporting multiple concurrent legal matters
