Automation Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Engineer to drive innovation in test automation by leveraging Selenium and AI powered tools. This role focuses on building scalable automation frameworks and utilizing Cursor AI to enhance productivity, improve test accuracy, and enable intelligent automation practices. Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable end to end automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver and Java
• Leverage Cursor AI for test script generation, debugging, anomaly detection, and intelligent test data management
• Build reusable and maintainable automation scripts with AI driven enhancements to improve efficiency
• Integrate automation suites into CI CD pipelines such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and GitLab CI
• Analyze test execution results, reduce flakiness, and maintain scripts based on application updates
• Collaborate with development and product teams to improve test coverage and adopt AI driven testing practices

Required Skills

• Strong hands on experience with Selenium WebDriver
• Proficiency in Java or Python for automation development
• Experience working with AI coding tools, specifically Cursor AI
• Solid understanding of automation frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit, PyTest, or Cucumber
• Experience with Git and CI CD tools
• Knowledge of REST API testing
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Preferred Skills

• Experience building self healing automation frameworks
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
• Understanding of AI or ML concepts applied to QA and testing methodologies
