Seeking Tier 1 Help Desk Analysts with 1–3 years of experience providing phone/email IT support. Must have ticketing system experience (ServiceNow preferred), strong troubleshooting skills, and customer service experience. Candidate must attend onsite training in Harrisburg, PA and then work remotely.
