Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst with strong expertise in FTP/MFT platforms, customer onboarding, system migrations, and enterprise integrations.
This role is customer-facing and focused on supporting the migration from a legacy Managed File Transfer (MFT) platform to a next-generation enterprise MFT platform. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor by translating legacy configurations into modern platform-ready solutions that meet business objectives.
This is primarily a requirements, configuration, validation, and documentation-focused role, rather than software development.
Role Overview
The Senior Business Systems Analyst will:
- Work closely with customers and internal teams during MFT platform migration initiatives
- Analyze legacy configurations and design future-state solutions
- Support onboarding, validation, documentation, and transition activities
- Ensure successful enterprise file transfer integrations and operational readiness
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in:
- Information Systems
- Computer Science
- Business
- OR equivalent practical experience
- 8 10 years of experience in:
- Business Systems Analysis
- Platform Implementations
- Customer Onboarding
- Enterprise Integrations
- Configuration-heavy environments
- Experience supporting:
- File Transfer Platforms
- Integration Platforms
- Managed File Transfer (MFT) solutions
- Strong customer-facing experience within enterprise environments
- Experience supporting:
- System migrations
- Large-scale customer transition projects (preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
