Technical Business Systems Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client looking for a Technical Business Analyst in Salt Lake City, UT.

Summary:
This role will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, helping drive the successful delivery of enterprise software and integration initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in systems analysis, Agile methodologies, application integrations, and solution design, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and actionable deliverables.

REQUIREMENTS:
* 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Technical Business Analyst in an Agile environment
* Experience gathering and documenting business, functional, and technical requirements
* Knowledge of application integration concepts, including APIs, REST services, JSON, messaging patterns, and data exchanges
* Experience working with enterprise applications, middleware technologies, databases, data migrations, or backend systems
* Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and Agile practices
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences
* Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering business outcomes
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
* Experience working within large, complex enterprise environments

Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience supporting financial services, banking, or other highly regulated industries
* Experience working with third-party vendors and managing technical deliverables
* Familiarity with high-availability enterprise systems and large-scale application environments
* Knowledge of Salesforce, CRM platforms, or related business applications
* Experience with Azure DevOps and Agile sprint planning processes
* Working knowledge of SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
