Summary

Key Responsibilities

Perform data analysis on real estate, fleet metrics, and financial data to support management initiatives.
Develop and support public-facing dashboards using Tableau and other business intelligence tools.
Perform Tableau development, deployment, administration, and support.
Work with Microsoft SQL Server, Azure Synapse, and similar database environments.
Apply database principles, data modeling, and database design concepts.
Develop and support CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zendesk, and HubSpot.
Use tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, R, Python, and SAS for data analysis and reporting.
Translate complex data and technical concepts into clear documentation for technical and non-technical audiences.
Provide data-focused strategies that improve organizational efficiency and business outcomes.
Create and maintain detailed documentation to support the use, maintenance, and future modification of dashboards.
Participate in the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) using methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Lean, and DevOps.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for dashboards, databases, and CRM systems.

Required Skills

Tableau Development and Deployment
Strong working knowledge of database principles and database design
Experience with CRM development and support
Experience with SQL Server and/or Azure Synapse
Strong data analysis and reporting skills
Ability to work with business and technical stakeholders
Strong documentation and communication skills

Preferred Skills

Business Analyst experience
Data analysis and data-driven decision-making
Experience with Power BI
Experience with Excel, R, Python, or SAS
Experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, or HubSpot
Ability to explain and document complex technical concepts and processes for different audiences
Experience working in Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, Lean, or DevOps environments

Education

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
