We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Engagement Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of enterprise ServiceNow solutions for a large public sector environment. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and deep platform expertise to ensure successful implementation across multiple workstreams while maintaining compliance with FedRAMP standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead delivery of ServiceNow engagements across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and related modules
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, and governance for complex programs
• Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and technical teams
• Ensure compliance with FedRAMP and public sector regulations
• Drive Agile/Scrum execution (sprint planning, backlog, RIDAC tracking)
• Oversee UAT, OCM, and overall delivery quality
• Coordinate across developers, architects, and business teams
Required Qualifications:
• 8+ years of IT/consulting experience with 5+ years leading ServiceNow implementations
• Strong expertise across ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, SPM)
• Experience working in regulated/public sector environments
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field
• Must work onsite in Columbus, OH
Preferred Certifications:
• ServiceNow CSA, CIS
• PMP / PRINCE2
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
• ITIL v4
