Requirements

5 or more years of experience in technical architecture and cross-functional IT infrastructure.

Proficiency in ServiceNow platform architecture and inbound/outbound system integrations.

Experience with Service-Oriented Architecture and client/server environment design.

Experience in full-stack development and middleware database management.

Experience with Enterprise Architecture modeling and business process metric establishment.

Experience in network management and application development lifecycle operations.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities

Design and lead the implementation of an Enterprise Architecture based on business strategies.

Architect complex ServiceNow solutions including component identification and platform modeling.

Develop long-term roadmaps for the evolution of the enterprise application portfolio.

Direct governance activities to ensure adherence to architectural standards and policies.

Analyze technology industry trends to determine strategic impact on the enterprise environment.

Facilitate the evaluation and selection of standard software configurations and products.

Coordinate solution architecture modifications with the enterprise program management office.
