We are looking for a Junior Network Engineer to interface with our team and our clients to help assess the performance of IT infrastructures, establish baselines, and identify opportunities for optimization/improvement. This is a highly visible, client-facing role. We value creative, strategic thinkers with demonstrated interest and skills in optimizing network performance.

We are looking for a team member with the following skills:
β Undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering
β 1+ years of network administration
β Solid understanding of infrastructure protocols such as LDAP, SAML, OAuth 2.0, SSH, SFTP, SCP, SNMPv3, Netflow, SMTP.
β Experience automating data reporting or operational tasks with scripting languages (including Python and Bash).
β Experience with CI/CD pipeline processes.
β Solid understanding of other networking technologies (including TCP/IP, traffic analysis, TAPs, traffic brokers)
β Solid understanding of routing technologies (including OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, EVPN)
β Solid understanding of technology concepts such as SDLC, systems engineering, IT performance management, IT operations, operational monitoring, security monitoring, and KPI
β Excellent verbal and written communication skills including technical writing
If you have any of the following, it would be a bonus:
β Active US Secret or Top Secret clearance
β Strong programming skills in Python and/or Bash
β CCNA and/or CCNP certifications
β Experience in packet analysis (Wireshark)
β Familiarity with ITILv3 concepts especially Service Operations
