Summary

Role: SAP S4 DMS (Digital Mfg. Services) Solution Architect

100% Remote with 50% travel

Job Requirements

6-9 years of experience in SAP PP and QM modules

Strong expertise in

Production Planning (MRP, demand planning, production execution)
Quality Management (inspection planning, quality notifications, audits)
Experience in S4HANA implementations or migration projects

Good understanding of

Manufacturing lifecycle (Plan Produce Quality Deliver)
Experience in integration with SAP modules MM (procurement inventory), SD (sales demand), PM (plant maintenance)

Strong knowledge of

Master data (BOM, Routing, Work Centers, Inspection Plans)
Experience with Shop floor execution and quality processes

Exposure to

Data migration, reconciliation, and validation
Testing cycles (Unit Testing, SIT, UAT)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze business requirements and configure SAP PPQM solutions

Support and maintain

Production planning (MRP, production orders)
Quality processes (inspection lots, defects, notifications)
Configure BOMs, routings, and work centers
Inspection plans and quality checks
Support end-to-end manufacturing lifecycle
Ensure integration between MM material procurement stock, PP production execution, QM quality inspection, SD order fulfillment
Monitor and optimize shop floor execution and quality processes
Participate in S4HANA implementations migrations
Prepare Functional specifications (FS), Business requirement documents (BRD)

Support Testing cycles

Unit, SIT, UAT
Assist in Data migration, validation, and production data accuracy
Support Cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities

Troubleshoot and resolve

Production and quality-related issues
Collaborate with stakeholders for continuous process improvement
