Key Responsibilities
* Reltio MDM Implementation: Lead the end-to-end design, configuration, data modeling, and deployment of Reltio MDM platforms to build Golden Records across core enterprise domains.
* Match/Merge & Survivorship Rules: Define, build, and optimize match/merge algorithms, data validation rules, data quality checks, and automated survivorship logic within Reltio.
* AWS Cloud Integration Architecture: Architect, build, and support low-latency integrations between Reltio MDM and AWS native services (AWS S3, Lambda, Glue, Redshift, DynamoDB, MSK/Kinesis, API Gateway, IAM).
* Data Pipeline Engineering (ETL/ELT): Build and optimize scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Python and advanced SQL to transform, cleanse, and ingest raw source data into MDM structures.
* Data Governance & Stewardship Collaboration: Partner with data stewards, enterprise architects, and business analysts to map data lineage, enforce governance policies, and refine domain models.
* Agile Engineering & Production Operations: Execute sprint backlogs, author technical architecture documentation, and maintain continuous operational readiness across cloud data pipelines.

Required Skillset
* Experience: 10+ years of dedicated professional MDM implementation experience, including at least 2–3 years in cloud-native MDM environments.

* AWS Cloud Platform Stack: Active engineering proficiency across core AWS data services (S3, Lambda, Glue, Redshift, DynamoDB, Kinesis/MSK, API Gateway).
* Scripting & Data Manipulation: Expert command over Python and advanced SQL for complex data wrangling, automation, and schema transformations (JSON/XML).
