Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Quality Assurance Analysts and Testers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Develop, execute, and maintain functional test cases based on business requirements, system specifications, and design documentation.
- Perform system, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing to validate application functionality and business processes.
- Validate data processing, interfaces, reports, workflows, and batch operations to ensure accurate system performance.
- Document test results, identify defects, support issue resolution, and maintain traceability between requirements and test artifacts.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and project teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the software development lifecycle.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
5+ years of experience in functional testing, quality assurance, system validation, or enterprise application testing.
|
|
Technical Skills
|
Functional Testing, System Testing, Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Test Case Development, Defect Management, Azure DevOps, SQL, Data Validation, Batch Testing, Interface Testing, API Testing, Test Planning, Requirements Traceability, Regression Testing.

|
Business / Domain Skills
|
Experience with Quality Assurance, Requirements Analysis, Business Process Validation, Defect Tracking, Test Management, Stakeholder Collaboration, SDLC, Problem Solving.

Communication
|
Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Documentation
|
Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

|
Work Authorization
|
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience testing large-scale enterprise applications.
- Knowledge of data validation, backend testing, and database verification techniques.
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools.
- Understanding of business workflows, operational processes, and system interfaces.
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
