Business Analyst (Locals Only)

Role: Business Analyst
Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid, Locals Candidates Only)

Required Qualifications:
Business Analyst in requirements gathering, understanding technology, and any project management experience with PMP are a huge plus.
Overall, 12 years of experience required.
8+ years of experience reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating business systems and user requirements.
8+ years of experience with a thorough understanding of business analysis knowledge areas, activities, and tasks.
8+ years of experience participating in software development reviews and providing guidance and support to team members in analysis, design, and testing.
8+ years of experience performing or participating in unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
8+ years of strong experience in planning and organizing work to achieve goals and manage multiple assignments without compromising accuracy.
8+ years of experience working with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with IT teams, business professionals, and clients.
2+ years of experience creating user-focused technical and instructional documentation.
2+ years of experience developing or maintaining screenshots and other visual aids for user documentation.
Proven ability to work effectively with staff and translate technical concepts into clear, non-technical language.
