Pay Range:$44.90-$64.10 Per Hr

Description
Join our dynamic team as an IT Program Manager responsible for overseeing data management projects and driving global data initiatives.
This hybrid role requires a presence in the Regional Area at least three days a week.
The position is a contract opportunity with flexibility for W2 or C2C arrangements.
The ideal candidate will coordinate with business and technology leaders to ensure successful project delivery using Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and facilitate project and program routines, including kick-offs and status reviews.
Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple teams.
Facilitate communication and collaboration to achieve timely and cost-effective outcomes.
Manage risks and compliance to standards, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
Oversee financials and track success metrics for projects and programs.

Qualifications
10-12 years of experience in delivering Agile software development projects.
Expertise in Enterprise Change Standards and financial management.
Proficient in project management tools and applications.
Experience in risk and issue management for assigned projects/programs.
Strong collaboration skills across business and technology teams.
