Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze healthcare data (claims & clinical) to support value-based care initiatives
- Build and optimize complex SQL queries and data models
- Develop dashboards and insights using Amazon QuickSight
- Work with AWS data stack including Amazon Redshift, Amazon Athena, and Amazon S3
- Translate business requirements into actionable analytics solutions
- Partner with stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights
Required Skills:
- Strong healthcare domain experience (claims, clinical, population health)
- Experience with value-based care, risk adjustment, and quality measures
- Advanced SQL and data modeling expertise
- Hands-on experience with AWS analytics stack
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Nice to Have:
- Python, dbt, Snowflake, or Looker
- Knowledge of FHIR or healthcare interoperability
- Experience with CI/CD tools and Agile environments
