Sr. Help Desk Technician

Job Title: Sr. Help Desk Technician
Clearance Required: Secret
Work Location: Onsite; Pentagon

Alpha Omega is searching for an experienced Sr. Help Desk Technician to join one of our long-term Federal projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performs in-depth analysis, diagnosis and resolution of desktop and workstations.
• Serves as the point of contact for escalated Tier Two troubleshooting of PC hardware and software, printer problems, and network applications.
• Able to support and backfill Video Teleconference (VTC) and Wireless technician with experience working in both areas.

Required Qualifications:

Experience/Skills:

• 7 years of experience in Information Technology, with 4 years specialized experience in PC and wireless technologies including expert knowledge of PC operating systems, networking, and mail standards.
• Experience working with a team in a help desk environment.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate orally and in writing.
• Positive customer service attitude.

Certifications:

• IAT II Certification

Salary and Benefit Information:

The likely salary range for this position is $xxx- $98,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position and could fall outside of this range.
