Job - Senior Cloud Engineer (Infrastructure Focus)
Senior AWS infrastructure engineer with deep networking, strong CloudFormation, Lambda automation, and AWS SA Pro cert.
Primary Focus - Core AWS infrastructure and networking (legacy V1 platform).
Must-Have
- AWS Solutions Architect Professional (mandatory)
- Deep hands-on:
- AWS Networking (VPC, routing, connectivity, access patterns)
- CloudFormation
- Lambda
- Python + Shell
- Strong Infrastructure-as-Code mindset
What They ll Actually Do
- Support and enhance existing AWS network patterns (no redesign).
- Act as go-to escalation engineer for:
- Networking issues
- Access problems
- Core AWS services
- Automation
- CI/CD for infra
- Replacing manual steps with Lambda + pipelines

Must Have Qualifications: 5+ years of strong infrastructure-focused experience. Must have hands on AWS experience, including AWS native services/OAuth, Lamda, CloudFormation, and AWS networking. AWS Solutions Architect Professional certification is required, and AWS Backup or Bedrock experience is a plus. This role is best suited for a platform / infrastructure engineer with deep hand on AWS networking experience. The manager is NOT looking for a developer or architect.
Schedule: Standard & on-call rotation once every 5 weeks
Job Description - Cloud Infrastructure Engineer
- 5+ years of Knowledge & Hands-on experience in designing and supporting AWS platform infrastructure solutions. In depth understanding of AWS Networking - PrivateLink, Security Group, Route53, VPC, VPCe, etc. Knowledge of authentication, authorization of services via SCP, KMS, Policies and Roles.
- Hands-on Experience in CloudFormation Templates design, development, deployment and automation with CI/CD pipelines.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of related industry experience in an enterprise environment using AWS cloud platform.
- Demonstrable experience with
- CFT/Python/Shell Scripts
- EKS
- Jenkins, Git (BitBucket) and Artifactory
- ServiceNow
- Jira, Confluence
- Hand-on experience with design, implementation, integration, and operational support of Cloud-based applications at platform level.
- experience across a variety of technologies such databases, directory services, containers, network infrastructures, Linux operating systems, and an understanding of fundamental security and data flows within these components.
