Oracle SCM Cloud Functional Consultant

Introduction

The Oracle SCM Cloud Functional Consultant will play a key role in implementing and configuring Oracle SCM Cloud modules to meet the business requirements of the organization. They will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide solutions, conduct testing, and provide ongoing support for Oracle SCM applications.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure Oracle SCM Cloud modules to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide Oracle SCM solutions.
• Perform system testing, validation, and troubleshooting of SCM Cloud configurations.
• Conduct end-user training and provide ongoing support for Oracle SCM Cloud applications.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance Oracle SCM Cloud functionality.
• Work with third-party vendors and Oracle support as needed to resolve issues.

Requirements

• Required:
• Bachelor''''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Oracle SCM Cloud implementation and support.
• Strong understanding of supply chain management processes and best practices.
• Capability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Preferred:
• Experience with Oracle SCM, Order Management, and inventory.
