Job Overview

We are actively hiring an experienced End User Computing (EUC) Engineer with strong expertise in enterprise endpoint engineering, application packaging, and deployment across Windows and macOS environments.

This role will focus heavily on deploying, supporting, troubleshooting, and optimizing Enterprise AI Productivity Tools across user endpoints. The ideal candidate should have deep hands-on experience with endpoint management platforms such as Microsoft Intune, Microsoft SCCM, Jamf Pro, and Windows Autopilot.

Key Responsibilities

AI Tools Deployment & Support

• Deploy, configure, and support enterprise AI tools including:

• Microsoft 365 Copilot

• ChatGPT Enterprise

• GitHub Copilot

• Claude

• Resolve issues related to AI application performance, compatibility, authentication, and endpoint integration.

Endpoint Management

• Manage Windows and macOS devices using:

• Intune

• SCCM

• Jamf Pro

• Autopilot

Application Packaging & Deployment

• Package and deploy applications:

• Windows: MSI, EXE, Win32 packages

• macOS: PKG, DMG

Automation & Scripting

• Automate deployments, installations, and support workflows using:

• PowerShell

• Bash

• Python

Performance & Optimization

• Monitor endpoint resource usage.

• Optimize CPU, memory, and storage utilization caused by AI applications.

Cross-Team Collaboration

• Work with infrastructure, security, and AI governance teams to ensure compliant enterprise deployments.
