QualificationsYour resume must also demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the
GS-13 grade level or
NH-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1. Expert knowledge of and demonstrated experience in applying Information Technology and Assurance principles and practices.
2. Ability to work on a diverse team engaged in Defense Acquisition program management activities.
3. Expert Knowledge of Risk Management Framework, Department of Defense Instruction (Do Di) 8510.0lp and the DoDi 8500.02p as necessary.
4. Expert knowledge of the INFOSEC and SVSANALYSIS duties that are identified above.
5. Expert knowledge of a minimum of one of the following:
a) Knowledge of the Risk Management Framework
b) Knowledge of information systems security controls
c) Knowledge of information assurance security certification and accreditation processes.
d) Knowledge of Systems Engineering
e) Knowledge of Marine Air Ground Task Force (MAGTF) integration and certification and/or joint Integration
f) Ability to identify and resolve interoperability and integration issues to achieve an integrated capability
g) Develop DoDAF architectural products for ingestion into MAGTF Collaborative Architecture Environment (MCAE)
h) Develop mission threads and Measures of Effectiveness/Performance to evaluate mission performance
i) Develop strategic modernization plans enhance the capability and efficiency of the MAGTF
6. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
