Job Description
We are actively seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Solutions Engineer with strong development and solution design experience to support mission-critical public sector initiatives. This role involves designing and delivering end-to-end solutions on Salesforce Government Cloud for programs related to case management, licensing, and service operations.

MANDATORY – MUST HAVE:
·      Hands-on Salesforce experience across configuration, customization, and solution design.
·      Strong hands-on development experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and integration development in enterprise environments.
·      Experience supporting public-sector, regulated, or compliance-heavy programs (or equivalent experience in complex multi-team environments).
·      Experience leading technical discovery, design sessions, or development teams in a senior or lead capacity.
·      State experience is a plus
