Our client is looking for a Salesforce Lead Developer for a 12 month contract-to-hire opportunity. This particular role is a W-2 opportunity and will not support sponsorship at this time. This person will need to sit on-site three days per week in one of the following locations:

Description: We are looking for a Salesforce Developer to join the Edge (Employees Delivering Greater Experience) team. Edge is the Enterprise CRM Platform. This candidate will be responsible for supporting licensing & NAO (new account opening) demographics. This initiative puts heavy focus on license optimization, plus it will focus on New Account Opening and Demographic pain points. This effort cuts millions in wasted license costs by removing tools we don't use. It also strengthens our hands in future Salesforce contract negotiations and helps us avoid getting locked into expensive, outdated assumptions. On top of that, it immediately reduces system issues, like mismatched user data that currently creates ~8,000 support tickets each month. They will work with different Scrum teams and managers. This Salesforce Lead will be responsible for Agile ceremonies, heads-down development, design sessions, assigning tasks and stories, reviewing designs from developers, and mentoring junior developers.
The Salesforce Developer must have experience with the following:- Previous Salesforce development experience
- LWC
- -Apex (how to write Apex classes)
- Visual Force (how to build or do anything with Visual Force pages)
- Triggers (understand what triggers are)
- Know configurations (doing things in a decorative manner vs not)
- Aura components
- Worked on sales and service consoles

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $70.00 - $75.00/hr.
