Summary

We are currently seeking a Java Developer to join a dynamic project focused on maintaining and enhancing complex, critical business applications. If you have a passion for data integrity, automated processes, and modern software development, we want to hear from you.

Core Technical Skills:

Java Expertise: 5+ years with Java (17+), Spring/Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, and Java JEE Struts.
Frontend Proficiency: 3+ years with Angular, React.js, modern JavaScript (ES6+), and HTML5/jQuery.
Database Mastery: 5+ years in SQL/PL/SQL and SQL Server (writing complex Stored Procedures, Triggers, Views, and Functions).
Environment & Tools: Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO), Maven, Git, and JBOSS Enterprise SOA.
Methodologies: Proven experience working in Hybrid Agile/Waterfall project environments and CMM/CMMI Level 3 practices.

Position Logistics:

Work Arrangement: Hybrid schedule.
- Onsite: Mondays & Tuesdays.
- Remote: Wednesdays, Thursdays, & Fridays.
Location: Candidates must be local (within 90 miles) to Lansing, MI.

Interview Process:

A 1-hour virtual interview via MS Teams.
Requirement: Video is required; candidates must join from a laptop and be prepared to share their screen.
