Summary

We are seeking a Clinical Analytics Platform Developer to support and configure a global life sciences client's clinical analytics ecosystem across three key platforms: Sycamore Clinical Data Warehouse (CDW), Lokavant Spectrum, and Aetion Evidence Platform. This role will combine hands-on data warehouse development with platform configuration, validation, and operational support activities.
The successful candidate will own data model impact analysis, reconciliation logic redesign, and inspection analytics support on Sycamore CDW; deliver validation support and vendor coordination across Lokavant Spectrum; and provide configuration support, validation testing, and mailbox/intake management for the Aetion Evidence Platform. This individual will partner across Clinical Data Management, Biostatistics, Real-World Evidence, Clinical Operations, and Quality functions to deliver scalable, inspection-ready analytics.

Job Responsibilities
Sycamore Clinical Data Warehouse
Lead user access administration, vendor coordination, license management, dashboard access, and platform monitoring across the Sycamore CDW environment
Execute metadata and configuration updates and controlled change execution under formal change management procedures
Perform data model impact analysis for new study onboarding, mid-study changes, and downstream consumer requirements
Design and redesign reconciliation logic across clinical data sources (EDC, safety, labs, imaging, ePRO) to ensure data integrity and audit traceability
Build and support inspection analytics including listings, metrics, KPIs, and visualizations required for regulatory inspections and audits
Provide validation support including test script authoring, execution support, and documentation
Lokavant Spectrum
Manage user access administration and vendor coordination for the Lokavant Spectrum platform
Provide validation support including test script authoring, execution support, and documentation
Aetion Evidence Platform
Own the intake mailbox for the Aetion Evidence Platform triaging incoming requests, routing to the right owner, tracking SLAs, and closing the loop with requestors
Manage user access administration and vendor coordination
Provide configuration support within agreed-upon standards and execute validation testing activities, including test script authoring, execution, evidence collection, and traceability
Cross-Platform
Author and maintain configuration standards, work instructions, technical specifications, data lineage documentation, and validation deliverables
Troubleshoot data pipeline failures, configuration issues, and reconciliation discrepancies; perform root cause analysis and implement durable fixes
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to platform operations, configuration standards, data quality, and vendor management
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Life Sciences, or a related field
5+ years of experience supporting clinical analytics platforms in a regulated life sciences environment, with hands-on development experience on Sycamore Clinical Data Warehouse
Strong SQL skills and experience with ETL/ELT design, performance tuning, and complex reconciliation logic
Proven experience designing and modifying clinical data models for trial and program-level analytics
Hands-on experience building inspection-ready listings and analytics for regulatory submissions and audits
Configuration experience with Aetion Evidence Platform and/or Lokavant Spectrum strongly preferred
Demonstrated experience executing computer system validation activities, including test script authoring, execution, and evidence management
Experience operating an intake/triage mailbox with SLA-driven request management
Familiarity with clinical data standards (CDISC SDTM, ADaM) and source systems such as Medidata Rave
Experience executing controlled changes under formal change management and validation processes
Strong understanding of GxP and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements as applied to clinical analytics platforms
Experience integrating clinical data with BI/visualization tools (e.g., Spotfire, Tableau, Power BI) preferred
Cloud data platform experience (AWS, Azure, Snowflake) preferred
Excellent problem-solving, documentation, vendor coordination, and stakeholder communication skills
Ability to work fully remote and provide consistent coverage during US Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours
